We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellation, with immediate refund to the customer, can only be made within 24 hours of purchasing the item. But if your order has already been processed and shipped in that case you cannot request an immediate order cancellation and will have to wait for your order to arrive and return it to our warehouse to get your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can request photos or videos to verify product damage.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the products will be refunded at the price at which they were purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable.
In some cases, instead of making the return at their own expense, the customer may be given the option of receiving a partial refund or a discount on their next purchase.
If you are sending an item for more than £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance.
Attention: If your package is still in transit, you cannot get a refund. To get a refund you have to wait for the order to arrive at your home and then you can request a refund by returning the package you received to our warehouse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
